What's included ?

1. Initial Diagnostic : we discuss your current professional situation together and agree on the coaching objective we will work towards.

2. Coaching phase : Depending on your needs introspection exercises, readings, research work in between session will be provided to help you progress,

3. Action plan: we conclude your coaching journey with an action plan so that you continue the benefits of the work done together even after the sessions stopped.

A personal time investment, a willingess to introspect and a strong motivation will be essential to maximize your benefits from this journey.

We will be appy to support your professional transition once you are in a safe space to do so.

What's included ?

1. Initial Diagnostic : we dicuss who you are, your professional background, your current professional aspirations and what pain points you are facing when it comes to interviewing.

2. Success tips and guidance (not limited to): impactful storytelling frameworks, self-introduction best practices, verbal and non verbal communication cues, self-confidence.

3. Practice and feedback : we practice a mix of real interview questions and/or communication exercises to help you feel fully confident. The goal is to put you as close as possible to the real interview situation but in a safe, empathetic environment. Your coach will share with you the areas of improvements as well as your strength.
